"I wanted to take this opportunity to express my deepest thanks and
appreciation for the wonderful experience I had dealing with Sloane's
Carpet Secret. From start to finish, this was the most customer
oriented transaction I have been involved with. I have to admit that
when I drove up to the warehouse I was a bit skeptical, but that
skepticism quickly dissipated when I walked in the door.
From the purchase of my carpet to the installation, I have to say it was
a genuine pleasure to deal with everyone associated with Sloane's. In
this day and age where it seems like customer service is a dying art; it
is refreshing to know that there is still a company of artisans such as
yours. And this feeling extends to the gentleman, Ron Denham, who
installed my carpet, as well.
I am not one to run around telling people that they should use a service
or a specific company, but I cannot stop telling every home owner I know
that if they need carpet to go to Sloane's. As long as I am in
Colorado, I will NEVER consider anyone else for my carpet needs.
