"Our initial experience with Sloane's was a very simple and pleasurable transaction. The sales people were very knowledgeable and the installation was fast and professional. The real fantastic part was when we had some holes in the carpet due to one of our pets after a year of the carpet being in our home. We called the installer, Ron is the best, and he came to repair the holes. After he made the repairs he reported to the owner of Sloane's, Scott Alban, that there was a possible problem with the carpet that was installed a year earlier. Within one week of Ron being here, Scott called us and let us know that there was a problem with our carpet and offered to replace it free of charge and with no cost for the installation. Ron Denham, the installer, was absolutely fantastic to work with and educated me on carpet placement, roll widths, etc! My only suggestion is that the showroom staff educate customers about standard carpet rolls: 12', 13.5', 15' - and how that might affect a customer's purchase decision. Initially, I selected a 15' option for my 24 x 24' basement. Ron informed me that older homes like me "fit" 12' rolls better than a 15' roll.
